If you’re looking for an attractive label but do not need rounded corners or if you are looking for a size that is not one of our standard sizes, then butt-cut labels may be just the right ones for you. Our custom butt-cut labels tend to run less per roll for the same size then our standard squares and rectangles. Our custom roll labels can also be good for the use of labeling many products.

BUTT-CUT Sizes

Butt-Cut is available beginning at 1" x 1" and in increments of 1/4" at no additional charge. Butt-Cut labels cannot bleed and require a 1/8" border.


Custom Printed Butt-Cut Labels

A continuous peel with no paper in between creates a much quicker and easier application. Also if you cannot find the size you need in our square, rectangle or 10 most popular label sizes, you can order butt-cut labels in any size in quarter inch increments! So if you are looking for a label that is moderately priced and high in quality, give butt-cut labels a try.

Custom printed Butt-Cut Roll Labels

Flexo printed custom butt-cut roll labels are available on 11 different materials (Gold Foil Paper, Green Fluorescent Paper, Orange Fluorescent Paper, Pink Fluorescent Paper, Recycled White Gloss, Red Fluorescent Paper, Silver Foil Paper, White Gloss Paper, White Matte Paper, Yellow Fluorescent Paper and Yellow Gloss Paper) for the same low price. White gloss or recycled white gloss materials must be used for 4-color process printing. White matte or fluorescent materials without lamination must be used when writing or typing on labels. Custom printed butt-cut labels are intended for indoor use.

Black ink and other high contrast colors are recommended for yellow, gold or fluorescent color materials. Printing colors on any material other than white will affect ink matching capabilities.

Butt-Cut Labels are supplied 500 or 1000 per roll which will be determined by our production department. For specific unwind requirements, call or write.
