Return Policy - Non-custom items

All non-custom merchandise unless otherwise indicated may be returned within 30 days from the original invoice date for a refund. A 15% restocking fee may apply. Items will be returned at customers expense. After receiving non-custom items, we will refund all monies less original shipping cost and any missing items.

Return Policy - custom items

All sales of custom products are final! If you have been approved for a refund or re-production of any items, they must be returned to:
