Spot colors give you the ability to have just one or two solid colors on your rally fan so keep it simple and less expensive. If you are looking for a more detailed design and are even thinking about have a photo on the rally fan, 4-color process would be your best option. It is always good to impress your crowd, but while still keeping your cost down. The poster board material delivers these needs and is sure to please!
